Hilton Head Plantation 2011 Year End Home Sale Report, Hilton Head Island, SC

 

 

With the close of 2011, according to statistics dated 1/2/2012, there were 174 home sales in Hilton Head Plantation.  This number is up from 154 in 2010.  The highest priced sale was a home located on Oyster Shell Lane with deep water sound views; $2,575,000.  The least expensive sale was a Spring Lake Villa Townhome $107,405 with courtyard entry.  The days on market averaged 118, this being 110 in 2010.  Average sales price for 2011 was $412,697 vs. $429,612 in 2010.  Averaging $153 per square for a 3 bedroom 3 bath home in 2011 vs $167 per square foot for a 3 bedroom 3 bath home in 2010.
