6th Annual Bluffton 5k Turkey Chase
November 26; 8m
Enjoy a brisk 5k before giving thanks with family and friends. Online Registration is still available until Nov. 23rd. $30 per entrant.
Sea Pines: Caramel Apple Festival
Saturday, November 28; 1-3pm
Bring the family to Heritage Farm for a fun afternoon of fall activities, including caramel apples, games, crafts and more! Rates vary based on activities. (843) 842-1979
Harbour Town Lights
Friday, November 27-Friday, January 1
Enjoy the lights! Stroll along the harbour and enjoy the illuminated seasonal figures, with the centerpiece being a towering Christmas tree. Harbour Town is the perfect place for families to be this holiday season with live entertainment and activities. The official tree lighting will take place just prior to the Gregg Russell concert on Friday, November 27 at 7:30pm.
Make a difference. While you’re enjoying the holiday season, you can help Deep Well make a difference in someone else’s life. Bring a canned good or two, or a new unwrapped child’s toy, and drop them in the well by the Liberty Oak stage.
Dove Street Festival of Lights
Friday, November 21-Friday, January 2
A Hilton Head Island holiday tradition for over 20 years returns to Shelter Cove Towne Centre for the 2015 holiday season! With the blessing of founders (and Dove Street residents!) Paul & Kristi Beckler and Rob Lolik, visitors from across the region can experience the magic of the cascading and tastefully tacky Hilton Head Island Christmas lights display. The 2015 season will add a 30ft lit tree and the new Shelter Cove Community Park to the amazing display of over 75,000 lights! Park your car, stroll through the lights and falling snow (bubbles!), all while enjoying nightly entertainment, shopping, food and much more!
Shelter Cove Winter Wonderland
December 4; 4-8pm
The Winter Wonder Festival will be held at Shelter Cove Community Park. Start your Holiday celebration with hayrides, carnival games, petting zoo, a children’s parade and much more. The target age for the event is 3 – 12, but everyone is welcome. Admission is $10 for children (2-15)
Bluffton Tree Lighting Ceremony
December 4; 5-6:30pm
Come join Bluffton’s Mayor in lighting the Christmas Tree. Special performance by M.C. Riley Elementary students. FREE
Bluffton Christmas Parade
December 5; 9-3pm
Parade starts at 10 AM from Pritchard and Bridge Streets (Town Hall) and ends at Red Cedar Elementary School; approximately 3 miles long. The parade usually lasts 2.5 to three hours, rain or shine. Road Closures will begin around 9 AM.
Sea Pines: Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town
Saturday, December 5; 6-8pm
Have your picture taken with Santa and watch a showing of the classic movie “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town” under the Liberty Oak in Harbour Town.
Benches and fire pits for roasting marshmallows will be provided. Admission is complimentary with the donation of a canned food item for Deep Well; dogs allowed.
Sea Pines: Outdoor Movie – ‘A Christmas Story’
Saturday, December 19; 7pm
Get into the holiday spirit by watching this classic movie under the Liberty Oak. Bench seating will be provided and admission is complimentary with the donation of a canned good for Deep Well. A fire pit and s’mores will also be available. (843) 842-1979
Holiday Fun in Harbour Town
Monday-Wednesday, December 28-30; 4-8pm
Join us around the Liberty Oak Tree to watch classic holiday movies, roast marshmallows and enjoy train rides, games, activities and crafts. Movie and marshmallow roasting start at 6pm. 15th Annual Polar Bear Swim
